Phase 2: 1:1 Expert Debrief
(Mar 8-19)
Map your personal blueprint. Meet privately for a one-on-one session with a certified coach to unpack your personal results, establishing the exact accountability models you need.
Phase 3: In-Person Workshops
(Mar 30-31)
Master elite leadership frameworks. Join your cohort at the Communitech Hub to acquire executive-level coaching methodologies, high-trust alignment tools and direct accountability models.
Phase 4: Implementation + 1:1 Follow Up (April-May)
Apply and reinforce your learning with dedicated sustainment tools and your personal coach. Then, reconnect 1:1 with your coach to celebrate wins, clear remaining roadblocks and cement the high-trust habits needed to support rapid scaling.
