Common elements are items that provide fuel (caffeine is an essential), ways to unwind and get the creative juices flowing -- and motivate the team.
The offices are often organized chaos because innovation is hard to create in an environment that is stifling and restrictive.
We encourage Cohort 3 companies to get comfortable and to personalize their new spaces. Interesting spaces are a great conversation starter for the many people that pass by on tours. Most importantly, this is where the companies will spend the majority of their time for the next six months.
