The CDMN Outbound Soft-Landing Program is accepting applications from qualified Canadian companies until Friday, August 15. The program provides up to 15 Canadian small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a structured entry into a new market for up to three months.
Companies benefit from key contact introductions, working space and regional support to help open new markets, close international sales or connect with new partners. The program also provides up to $4,000 in travel support, and covers the cost associated with working at a partnered accelerator or co-working space. Departures begin September 1, 2014.
Launched in 2012, the high demand and success of the program has resulted in 100 companies soft-landing in 20 foreign markets. More than $15M has been identified in investment opportunities and $20M generated in new revenue as result of the program.
Companies interested in a soft landing may do so through their local CDMN hub or partner.
