Microsoft will be taking part in an Industry Collision Day here at the Communitech Hub on Thursday, Feb. 12.
Microsoft is closely watching what's happening in Waterloo Region tech and looking to form deep connections with local companies in a variety of ways – regardless of development platform. Microsoft will send top influencers to our region to meet with high-potential startups.
Participants will learn about self-serve programs like BizSpark and the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, for which the company is actively seeking Canadian companies to participate in the next Seattle cohort. The event also includes an opportunity for one-on-one meetings with selected startups.
There is also a Microsoft Loves Startups event taking place in the evening, where you'll hear why our locale is the place to be for startups and learn how Microsoft helps entrepreneurs.
Application and registration deadline for the Industry Collision Day is Friday, Feb. 6 at midnight.
