Created in Waterloo Region, Startups and Beer brings these two things together so you can meet new people, learn about interesting tech companies, and sample some of the best microbreweries around. Sortable, Text Now, Miovision, and Cognitive Systems join forces with craft brewers Together We're Bitter (TWB) Co-operative Brewing, Stone Hammer, Innocente, and KW Craft on Sept 22 from 5pm-9pm.
Come meet new people, learn about interesting companies, and sample some of the best microbreweries around. Startups and Beer will be held in the former Schlicter's Garage in downtown Kitchener. This is a free event, however donations will be accepted for Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region toward their goal of raising $2M to rebuild Haven House.
