TORONTO, CANADA, Jan. 19, 2021 – Bridgit, a global leader in construction resource management solutions, today announced it has brought on Daphne Gorman as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Building on the 2.5X revenue growth and 20 new hires in 2020, the company plans to hire for multiple roles across all teams in the next six months.

Gorman will lead the recruiting process and execute on innovative hiring strategies to fully support Bridgit’s aggressive growth plan in 2021. With plans for market expansion and product development, the company is hiring heavily on the development and sales teams.

Gorman joins Bridgit from Google, where she most recently served as Culture and Talent Operations Manager. Prior to this, she was the Culture and Talent Operations Manager at North, where she oversaw HR and talent operations and administrative activities. Previously, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner at North, where she supported Hardware Engineering (Mechanical & Opto-mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, Fixtures & Automation), Marketing and Retail through an aggressive growth period.
