Applications are now open for Communitech’s second Women Entrepreneurs Bootcamp. Twenty-five founders will be selected for a six-day program of mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and experts. The bootcamp culminates in a pitch competition for $100,000 in seed funding on Oct. 1, 2015.

The program is open to female entrepreneurs with a tech or tech-based idea at a pre-MVP (minimum viable product) stage. Participants focus on ideation and business model development over August and September.

Started in 2014, the first Women Entrepreneurs Bootcamp received applications from Canada, the U.S. and Europe. Previous participants and pitch winners include Suncayr, DraftingSPACE, Binary Tattoo and FocusOnCare.

Application deadline is Monday, June 15, 2015. Participants will be notified by Wednesday, July 15, 2015.
