The company is also today announcing the opening of a new 7,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Kitchener, Ont.

Senior executives join Cloud DX to spearhead growth

Joining Cloud DX as its newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Bird is a seasoned executive and CPA with more than 25 years' breadth of experience in finance, operations and risk management in fast-growing private and public companies. With proven expertise in building foundations for sustainable scalability, Stephanie has successfully led all aspects of multiple M&A transactions including fundraising and implementation of syndicated bank facilities over her career and served in senior executive roles with Just Energy, G Adventures and Kognitiv.

Joining Cloud DX as the company’s new head of manufacturing, Terry Finnigan brings decades of experience in launching products from new product innovation through to manufacturing honed within global brands such BlackBerry, Motorola and, most recently, technology scale-up Swift Labs. Terry will be responsible for the scale-up and growth of Cloud DX’s manufacturing operations, including manufacturing, quality control and supply chain resulting in timely delivery of the company’s ever-expanding product line including the Connected Health Kit and Pulsewave Health Monitor, and the VITALITI continuous health monitor.

New 7,000-square-foot manufacturing facility serves as the hub for Cloud DX product innovation

In response to growing customer demand for its Connected Health Kit, Cloud DX is also pleased today to announce the opening of a 7,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Kitchener, Ont. which will serve as the North American hub for product innovation, manufacturing and quality control. Unlike many of its competitors who rely on third-party technology, Cloud DX designs and manufactures its own proprietary diagnostic equipment, which allows the company to accelerate its innovation strategy, respond to shifting market demand and maintain the high-quality standards demanded by its clinical users.

Cloud DX continues strong growth and business momentum through 2020

In addition to the strategic appointments and news of its manufacturing expansion, Cloud DX is maintaining an aggressive growth trajectory through 2020. Highlights include:

    • Five-fold growth in revenues since March 2020 reflecting the industry’s accelerated interest and adoption of virtual care and remote patient monitoring technologies

    • $1.75M in funding from NGEN, $1.25M in funding from the Digital Supercluster in partnership with Curatio, and $300K in funding from NRC-IRAP
    • U.S. launch of Connected Health Kit and rapid deployment quick start COVID-19 remote patient monitoring
