About the facilitators

Bruce has spent more than 20 years as a B2B marketing and commercial technology leader. His experience includes Vice President of Marketing at Teklogix, and Vice President, Marketing and Global Head of Unitron, a $200M brand of the Sonova Group. Most recently he has worked with dozens of early stage companies as a Growth Coach and served as the fractional Chief Commercial Officer at Kenota Health and Bresotec Medical. Included in his areas of expertise are B2B go-to-market execution, product launch and rollout, as well as brand development and early stage fundraising.

Alex is an entrepreneur and growth advisor with deep experience in go-to-market strategy, complex B2B sales, and scaling early-stage startups. He supports founders through operational growth, leadership development and fundraising. Alex is the founder of Leaders Forums, a national peer network for tech execs, and Tidal Venture Partners, a pre-seed and seed fund for Atlantic Canadian startups. He also co-hosts the East of Montreal podcast and co-founded Matrix CODE, a not-for-profit helping equity-seeking groups enter tech.
