KITCHENER, ONT., December 14, 2020 — Communitech is pleased to share that it has reappointed the entirety of its Board of Directors through 2021. Dave Caputo, CEO of Trusscore, will continue as Chair of the Board, while Joseph Fung, CEO at Kiite, will remain as Vice-Chair of Communitech’s 2020-2021 Board of Directors. Amy Hastings, General Counsel, has been reconfirmed as Secretary of the Board.

The Communitech Board of Directors is a dynamic mix of entrepreneurs and senior business leaders from tech-driven organizations who work together to advance Waterloo Region as a leading global technology community. Communitech is grateful to this leadership team for their continued support as the organization enters a year that it expects to be filled with transition - due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the appointment of a new CEO.
