Hamed Shahbazi is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of WELL Health Technologies, a company built on a simple but ambitious belief: that technology can help physicians deliver better care to more people. Under his leadership, WELL has grown into Canada’s largest owner-operator of outpatient medical clinics, combining physical care with digital tools to improve access and outcomes.

An entrepreneur at heart, Hamed began building companies in his early twenties. He founded TIO Networks in 1997, scaling it from a startup into a publicly traded leader in payments before its acquisition by PayPal for approximately CAD $304 million.

Today, through WELL, Hamed is focused on empowering doctors, activating patients, and helping reshape the future of primary care, making healthcare more accessible, connected, and human. 

Dr. Kelly Anderson

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kelly Anderson is the Chief Medical Officer at Felix Health, and a family physician with fellowships in HIV and emergency medicine.

Dr. Anderson has worked extensively in rural and remote emergency departments, spent fifteen years at the Inner City Family Health Team at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, and built the clinical team at Felix Health since the company was founded in 2019.
